I fitted the injector today.
It is a bit of plumbing challenge, but I am pleased with the result.
The first pipe to fit is that from the water tank to the water valve and then from the valve to the water inlet on the injector.
The next two pipes are trickier. The first is the steam pipe that runs from the steam turret to the injector this needs to be bent carefully around the reverser so that it isn’t in the way.
Once that is in place, the final run is from the injector around the back of the loco under the cab floor to the clack at the bottom of the back head.
Just the cab roof to go now and then fitting the ash pan and grate.
