I had some success today with the respray of the buffer beams.

The VW Mars Red has gone on very well and I have a finish that I am pleased with.

Having had this success I have stripped and primed the rear buffer beam to repeat the process. I think the end is in sight for the frames. It should all work out perfectly as I move onto Kit 3 which needs very little paint of interference with the frames so the beams can have a good month to allow the paint to harden.
