Liz (my wife) commented today that Molly Ann is now looking like a steam engine.

I have fixed the smokebox on with the boiler as instructed at the end of Kit 9. You will see the blower pipe has been removed.

It will all have to come off again for the next kit which includes the cleading but Polly suggest fitting everything so that it is all properly supported and that the pipes are aligned. I can see I am going to have “fun” with the snifting valve!

So that is the end of Kit 9. A closing shot of the smokebox. It probably won’t look this clean again once running.
